How do I Decide?
To choose the best BeBaby Program for you, consider the following factors:
- Your baby's sleep history: Do you have the cutest baby who flee's sleep like the plague and has done so for a long time? If so consider longer term support with multiple plans along the way such as Inner-Circle and up.
- What sleep regressions are ahead: 4m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m and 24m. Consider a program long enough and with enough plans to cover those ahead (particularly crucial for regressions of 4 to 12 months of age).
- What other developmental, health, and parenting needs do you have? Do you need guidance with solids and nutrition, developmental stages, complex health needs, or even potty training?
- How do you prefer to communicate and at what frequency? Zoom, email, text, etc.
- What program(s) did the consultant recommend? Consultants ask questions early on in the calls to determine the best avenue for each child - consider their recommendations as what they consider the minimum to ensure your wellbeing - anything above that is excellent.

How Important is It?
Sleep is a basic human need like oxygen and nutrients. In fact, it's so important that even as adults we require 8h to 9h of sleep per 24h period That's 1/3 of our lives spent sleeping. For your growing child it's even more crucial.
- A chronically sleep deprived brain at a young age causes a chronically underdeveloped brain. This can lead to long term learning difficulties.
- Every time your child learns something new, new neural networks must be built, which happens in deep sleep. When deep sleep doesn't occur those networks are not built.
- You may not notice it simply because your child is supposed to be ahead of the curve: If your child is supposed to be 6 months ahead of his development but is sleep deprived and appears 2 months ahead, you may not notice how lack of sleep is affecting him or her.
